Sinthali or Singtali / Singthali is a small village situated about 3.5 kilometers from Byasi and approximately 45 minutes from Rishikesh. Camping in itself is just too mesmerizing and at Sinthali the fun begins right from the start of the journey. Although Sinthali may not have a luxurious set up to offer to the travelers but certainly an experience that is worth grabbing. So once when the tourists get down from their vehicles, the ten minutes walk from the transportation to the camp via a bridge offers an amazing sight. The bird’s eye view of the entire camp from the bridge overhead the river is simply gorgeous.
Singthali is known for its white sand beach. Each camp can accommodate about 25-40 tents. Although proper provision for a sophisticated washroom may not be available but it comes with a decent alternative that can be managed by the tourists. Barbeque, beach volleyball, bonfire, flying fox, river crossing and football are the fun filled and exciting activities that can be undertaken by each and every tourist. When the days look as bright and vast as the sun and the sky, the nights shine in the moonlight, the river shines in silver and the forests and mountains have their own story to share with you, you will come alive. That is what a beautiful experience camping at Sinthali has to offer. With a stretch of 800 meters of land alongside the river, Singthali makes a lovely place for couples too.
